Tax Law Division
Implementation of the rights of taxpayers in accordance with Law No. 14 of 2002 concerning the Tax Court. Implementation of the rights of taxpayers in accordance with Law Number 5 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law Number 14 of 1985 concerning the Supreme Court, Submission of Tax Appeals, Tax Claims, Review of Tax Cases, on Tax Audit Results & Tax Investigations, Assistance in Auditing Preliminary Tax Evidence and Handling of Active Tax Collections.

Liquidation Division
Implementation of the Civil Code and the Limited Liability Company Law. Liquidation is the dissolution of the company by the liquidator and at the same time the settlement by means of selling the company's assets, collecting receivables, paying off debts, and settling the remaining assets or debts between the owners.
In the event that the conditions for dissolution of the company have been met, the liquidation process begins with the appointment of one or more liquidators. If no liquidator is determined in the liquidation process, the Board of Directors will act as liquidator. In carrying out their duties, the liquidator is given broad authority, including forming a liquidator team and appointing other consultants to assist the liquidation process.

Mediation Division (Collaboration with ManurungLaw Office)

Legal Professionals at the Eksakta Legal Firm (ELF) and ManurungLaw Office have a Mediator Permit from a Mediator Certification Institute certified by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and have obtained a license to practice as Court Mediator by the Chief Justice of the Court.

Eksakta Legal Firm (ELF) recognition
In 2021, Hukumonline  held a Survey of Indonesian Law Offices. This year was the fourth year of the survey held by Hukumonline. There was something different in this survey. After three years in a row, the survey was aimed at Indonesian corporate law firms, last year the survey was also aimed at law offices that handle litigation cases (litigation law firms). Although there were new practices included in the survey, the survey assessment method remains the same as in the three previous periods. The survey assessment focused on the number of fee earners such as partners, associates, of counsel to foreign lawyers in each law office.
